Apex Marketing Services, a sales and development firm that builds heroes, is seeking a Retail Bilingual Sales Associate to provide essential yet affordable connectivity to Torrance's diverse communities. As a Retail Bilingual Sales Associate, every community needs an anchor, a salesperson who holds things together and makes sure nobody drifts. Our training prepares our Retail Bilingual Sales Associates to be that anchor, engaging diverse customers in person, enrolling them in affordable wireless services, and making essential access to connectivity stable and reliable. Core Functions of the Retail Bilingual Sales Associate Meet with customers in person to discuss affordable wireless service options and connectivity needs, with a focus on accessibility and value. Drive sales in person by promoting connectivity solutions, emphasizing essential access, community benefits, and reliability. Assist customers with enrolling in affordable mobile services in person, ensuring smooth, efficient processes. Provide bilingual support to our customers in person, helping them obtain essential connectivity access and service solutions. Generate sales by understanding customer needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend appropriate affordable wireless services. Educate customers on essential connectivity access and its advantages alongside fellow Retail Bilingual Sales Associates during sales consultations and demonstrations. Preferred Skills of the Retail Bilingual Sales Associate Communicate confidently with customers in both English and Spanish. Comfortable starting sales conversations and developing customer relationships. Listen closely to identify needs and uncover relevant sales opportunities.
