Originally founded as the "Little Artist Lab" in Tustin, our studio quickly earned the trust and admiration of art-loving families in our communities. In a few short years, our reputation has grown immensely, attracting over 600 families each week from across Orange County. We're looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our vibrant after-school Art Studio! In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our creative community-connecting with families, sharing our mission, and helping young artists take the next step towards their dreams. You'll introduce prospective students and parents to our art programs, guide them through enrollment, and support studio operations and events. Primary Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed individual and studio-wide sales and enrollment goals through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service Build strong relationships with families by welcoming them into the studio, observing classes, and checking in with students and teachers to ensure a positive, engaging experience. Provide class recommendation based on student interest and progress to support continued artistic growth Maintain detailed knowledge of class offerings, schedule, and student progress to effectively communicate program value Conduct tours, consultations, and follow-ups to guide parents and students through the enrollment process Support front desk operations, assist during studio events, and collaborate with instructors to ensure a positive experience for all families Utilize Google Docs or similar software for maintaining accurate student records and tracking progress

Qualifications:

Fluent in Mandarin or Korean, with strong reading and writing skills Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field Available to work weekday evenings and Saturdays Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding enrollment or revenue goals Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and achieve enrollment goals Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with students, families, and colleagues
