Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and motivated Appliance Sales Associate to join our appliance store in Whittier, CA. We sell refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, and other major home appliances. This position combines in-store sales, customer service, and online advertising . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with customers in person, answering customer inquiries, following up with potential buyers, and posting appliance advertisements on online and social media platforms. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with appliance purchases Understand customer needs and recommend suitable appliances based on features, size, condition, and budget Explain pricing, warranty information, delivery options, and product features Answer phone calls, text messages, and online customer inquiries Follow up with potential customers and help close sales Prepare sales orders and process customer payments Coordinate delivery information with customers Take basic product photos/videos and create appliance listings Post and update advertisements on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RedNote), and other online marketplaces/social media Respond to comments and messages generated from online advertisements Keep online listings accurate and up to date as inventory changes Keep the showroom and product displays organized Learn basic product knowledge for refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, and other appliances Qualifications English communication skills are required Spanish or Chinese language skills are a plus Retail sales, appliance sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required Experience with Facebook Marketplace, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RedNote), or other social media/online selling platforms is a plus Comfortable using a smartphone and computer for posting advertisements and responding to customers Friendly, responsible, reliable, and motivated to make sales Good communication and follow-up skills Willing to learn appliance product knowledge Able to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Schedule Hourly pay based on experience Sales commission opportunities Full-time and part-time positions available Approximately 24-40 hours per week Employee discount Flexible scheduling We are looking for someone who can not only assist customers in the store, but also actively generate sales through online advertising and customer follow-up.

Pay:
