Preferred Qualifications:

Background in music is highly preferred Strong multitasking and follow-up skills Basic knowledge of band instruments is a plus Must be willing to work at both our La Habra and Corona locations as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

•No previous experience needed Assist customers in-store and over the phone with rentals, sales, and general inquiries Greet and support customers, providing excellent service and handling complaints professionally Register students for lessons and programs Manage instrument rentals and sales, including upselling where appropriate Perform light cleaning and maintain store appearance Monitor inventory levels and notify management of stock needs Learn and stay current on product knowledge to better assist customers Contribute to achieving sales goals and maintaining customer loyalty
