What You'll Be Doing Closing qualified customers—no cold calling, no nonsense. Guiding guests through the purchase process with confidence and honesty. Learning inventory, market values, and lending programs so you can sell intelligently. Working the CRM like a pro—follow-ups, texts, calls, videos, everything. Teaming up with finance and management to maximize every opportunity. What We're Looking For Experience sells—if you've closed before (cars, real estate, solar, phones), we'll teach you the rest. Coachability—you want to level up, not just clock in. Energy + Integrity—we don't do "pushy." We do professional. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus—we serve all of LA.
