Sales Associate - Full Time No Nights. No Regular Weekends. Great Team. Stable Schedule. Kelly Spicers is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to join our store team. If you enjoy helping customers, staying active throughout the day, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly alike, we'd love to hear from you. One of the biggest perks of this position is the schedule. Unlike many retail opportunities, this role offers a Monday-Friday workweek with no nights and no regular weekend shifts. The only weekend work required is assisting with inventory approximately twice per year. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide outstanding service Assist customers with finding products and making recommendations Process sales transactions and customer orders Prepare and stage pickup orders Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy Keep the store clean, organized, and safe Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles Support daily store operations as needed What We're Looking For Customer service, retail, or related experience preferred Positive attitude and strong communication skills Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to safely lift and move products up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent Schedule Monday-Friday No nights No regular weekend work Occasional inventory weekends (approximately twice per year)

Availability Requirement:
