Be part of a campaign bringing more connectivity choices to customers across Temecula. Kapwa Co, is seeking a Frontier Sales Team Member in Temecula to support the expansion of Verizon and Frontier. The Frontier Sales Team Member engages customers, introduces the combined offerings, and helps drive sales through welcoming, informative sales conversations. As a Frontier Sales Team Member, your training opens the door to a sales career built on two trusted brands working together. The Frontier Sales Team Member also learns how to connect with customers in person, help them explore expanded connectivity options, and represent the partnership with genuine warmth and confidence, making every sales interaction effortless. Role Responsibilities of the Frontier Sales Team Member Represent the Frontier in person with enthusiasm, making it easy for customers to see the combined benefits during sales interactions. Assess practical needs quickly in person and recommend straightforward Verizon and Frontier options that fit those priorities. Explain the plan's benefits simply, without jargon, in person, focusing on how the partnership delivers reliable service and clear value in daily life. Drive enrollments and upgrades by presenting trade‑in offers and easy upgrade paths that make switching or updating devices appealing and accessible. Support account management by helping customers review and update their accounts, ensuring transitions are smooth and sales are secured. Showcase accessories and bundles to enhance device value and increase average sale size through friendly, consultative suggestions. Qualities of the Frontier Sales Team Member Delivers reliability and positivity that strengthen both trust and sales performance. Engages customers in person with a professional style that encourages sales decisions. Listens attentively to understand needs and recommend solutions that grow sales. Supports team efforts while driving personal success in sales conversations. Keeps a steady attitude that makes customers feel valued and ready to buy.
