Budtenders are responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining in-depth product knowledge, and ensuring a welcoming and informative shopping experience. This role requires enthusiasm, professionalism, and a deep understanding of our products.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and assist customers, ensuring a personalized and engaging shopping experience. Educate customers on cannabis products, effects, and consumption methods. Maintain extensive knowledge of Tradecraft Farms' offerings, promotions, and industry trends. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with state regulations. Assist with inventory management, including restocking, labeling, and product organization. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant retail environment. Contribute to team sales goals by providing exceptional service and recommendations. Follow all company policies and compliance regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in retail, customer service, or cannabis industry preferred. Passion for cannabis, education, and customer experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Must be 21+ and meet all state regulatory requirements for cannabis employment.
