• Total Wireless sales associates responsibilities: Engage in Social Media.

Post daily promos on FB, tiktok, and be comfortable being the face of Total wireless Gilroy team! Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service. Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers. Achieving personal and company goals. Taking customer's monthly payments. Assist in phone purchases. Showing phone options for those looking to upgrade, sign up customers. Directing customers to merchandise within the store. Increasing in-store sales. Superior product knowledge, tech knowledge is a must! Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor. Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers. Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts. Engage in monthly promotion events

Sales Associate Requirements :

Enthusiastic, energetic, social media engagement, and responsible. Bilingual English/Spanish is

REQUIRED.

Must be at least 18 y.o. Basic computer knowledge. (google docs, internet browsing) Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The ability to read, write, and perform basic math. Technology literate. Using POS, website knowledge, Excel, Word, account creations. The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Pay:

Paid training period in Gilroy for 1-2 months. Depending on material learning Hourly pay rate $18/hr plus commission after training period ends. Advocates take home a generous commission, raising hourly wage to $20-25 depending on sales. Monthly contests and prizes by manufactures.
