Schedule:

2-3 days per week Alternative work schedule At least one weekend shift is required

Requirements:

Prior bike shop experience is required Experience with bicycle maintenance and repairs Strong customer service and sales skills Ability to upsell products, accessories, services, and rental upgrades Comfortable recommending additional repairs and maintenance based on customer needs Ability to work independently, multitask, and stay productive

Responsibilities:

Assist with bicycle repairs, maintenance, and work orders Handle bike rentals, sales, and customer inquiries Actively identify upselling opportunities to increase sales Recommend appropriate accessories, upgrades, and additional services Process rental transactions Maintain rental equipment and keep the shop clean and organized. Assist with daily store operations.

Pay:

From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
