This is a customer-facing role designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and developing professional customer support skills. No previous customer support experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement based on performance. As an Entry Level AT&T Associate, you will meet directly with customers, answer questions about available services, explain current promotions, and help customers make informed decisions. Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Associate Help customers find out what AT&T products and services are available for them. Represent AT&T by assisting customers with questions and concerns.
