This is a customer-facing role designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and developing professional customer support skills. No previous customer support experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement based on performance. As an Entry Level AT&T Associate, you will meet directly with customers, answer questions about available services, explain current promotions, and help customers make informed decisions. If you're motivated, coachable, and looking for a career with growth potential, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Associate Help customers find out what AT&T products and services are available for them. Represent AT&T by assisting customers with questions and concerns. Clarify customer concerns, such as contract terms or installation processes, with explanations. Assist customers through the enrollment and account setup process Foster ongoing customer support relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage them to advocate for AT&T Fiber. Qualifications of the Entry Level AT&T Associate A high school diploma or equivalent is required; must be 18 years of age. Strong interest in customer service is a bonus.
