Required Skills:

Effective communication Strong interpersonal skills Computer application knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Familiarity with Internet applications is preferred Physical requirements include the ability to stand for several hours at a time and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Process shipments for domestic and international shipping Become a Notary Public within 90 days of employment and provide notary services for all customers (the CA Secretary of State requires a CA Department of Justice/FBI background check to become a Notary Public) •Training and Notary materials paid for by The UPS Store #0795 Process corporate returns such as Amazon, AT&T, Dyson, Comcast, etc. Become a Certified Packing Expert in order to pack customer items with the utmost competence and care Assist with mailroom duties such as sorting mail and retrieving packages for customers Receive and prepare documents for printing Operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, and all other office machines in a safe, efficient and productive manner Assist with keeping the store tidy, accessible, and up to The UPS Store brand marketing standards
