Customer Service Associate Requirements:

At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, Customer Service, Printing, Notary, Hospitality, or related experience required CA Notary Commission preferred but not required Available to work Saturdays & Sundays Must undergo and pass a federal background check (to qualify for notary license) Retail Sales /

Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

Greeting & directing customers coming into our stores Providing business service support to our customers Packaging, handling, and shipping out goods, letters, and an array of items for our customers Providing accurate information (product features, pricing, etc.) Managing returns of merchandise Other duties within the role as needed

REQUIRES

your ability to pass a background check in order to meet the job requirement of becoming a Notary Public and Livescan operator. Are you able to pass (to the best of your knowledge)? Are you looking for a long-term, permanent position? (We do not hire for seasonal only or short-term) You MUST be able to have reliable transportation and work at any one of our 6 locations: Marina, Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel, Mid Valley, Seaside. Our business hours are 8am-6pm and the shifts are either 8 hours during that time period or 12-6pm.
