As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Customer Care Associate to join our team and contribute to continued mutual success. About theRole:

The construction industry moves fast, so we are eager to find a candidate that thrives in a fast-paced work environment and is eager to build a career with WDC.Key Responsibilities:
Provides troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems. Using a customer ticketing system, follow all standard procedures in documenting inquires and capturing important order information. Engages with Customers professionally and courteously with genuine concern for their WDC experience needs. Builds rapport with customers, vendors, sales team members, and other coworkers to foster effective collaborations to find solutions. Attend on-going training courses to stay current on company policies, resource avenues, and products. Qualifications Minimum 2 years' experience as in a customer service role that is primarily phone-based. Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Good organizational skills Able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, and demonstrate good listening skills Minimum High school diploma or GED required Ability to change direction as priorities shift and adapt to changing circumstances Ability to cope with occasionally difficult or temperamental customers. Availability to work 5 weekly shifts totaling 40 hours per week. Shifts are typically Monday through Friday, 9:00am- 5:30pm
Working Environment & Conditions:
General office setting; frequently sitting, minimal walking, ascending and descending staircase, and frequently using computer & phone. Required to wear business professional attire.What We Offer:
