Paint Sales Associate

Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting the right paints, finishes, and related products for their renovation or remodeling projects. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features of different paint types. Cross sales in complementary products such as brushes, rollers, and other supplies so that our customer have everything they need to complete their project. Manage inside sales activities including POS transactions, cash handling, stock replenishment, and merchandising to ensure an organized and inviting store environment. Build strong customer relationships through personalized service, account management, and effective communication skills. Support marketing initiatives by promoting new products or seasonal promotions to increase store traffic and sales. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on high-end or specialized products such as paints, stains, and finishes. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, pricing, and retail math tasks accurately. Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, merchandising standards, and stock management. Organizational skills that enable efficient multitasking across customer service, product demos, account management, and marketing efforts. Pay:

$16.90 - $17.90 per hour
