This position requires a positive attitude, relia, and welcoming store environment Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service. Answer questions and help customers select products based on their needs. Maintain knowledge of store products, pricing, promotions, and new merchandise. Operate the POS/cash register and accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions. Verify customer identification and follow all applicable age-restriction requirements and store policies. Stock shelves, receive merchandise, organize inventory, and monitor products that need to be reordered. Keep displays, counters, showcases, and the overall store clean and organized. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including register counts when assigned. Help prevent theft, inventory loss, and unauthorized sales by following store procedures. Provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business. Follow all company policies and applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications Strong customer-service and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
