As a key team member, you'll handle retail transactions efficiently, promote our products through engaging demos, and uphold the highest standards of compliance and professionalism. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences and needs, offering detailed product demos when appropriate Operate POS systems accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to maximize customer satisfaction and sales goals Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and conducting inventory checks regularly Maintain compliance with all state and local regulations regarding cannabis sales and age restrictions Handle retail store product knowledge inquiries confidently, ensuring customers receive accurate information about our offerings Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Skills Proven experience with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail sales transactions Supervising experience or leadership skills that support team collaboration and store operations Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management Strong communication skills in both bilingual (if applicable) or multiple languages to serve diverse customers effectively Experience conducting product demos to educate customers about product features and benefits Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing displays that drive sales Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with stock management procedures including stocking shelves and inventory checks Phone etiquette skills for professional communication with customers and vendors Join us in creating a vibrant shopping environment where wellness meets community!
