In this role, you'll work directly with customers to answer questions, provide service information, and guide them through available solutions. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities to develop valuable communication and leadership skills while contributing to a collaborative team environment. What You'll Do as a Team Member Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service while assisting customers with account and service-related inquiries. Explain available products and service options clearly, ensuring customers feel informed and confident. Guide customers through enrollment, account updates, and other service processes with accuracy. Build positive customer relationships by listening carefully, identifying needs, and providing personalized solutions. Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and achieve individual and team objectives. Stay informed on current products, promotions, and company updates to provide accurate information. Maintain organized customer records and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset. Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Positive attitude with the willingness to learn through training and coaching. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required.
