Job Description
The Group Retail Clerk provides support to the Group Retail department. Primarily responsible for internal orders and requisitions, maintaining accurate inventory, and tracking orders.

Process internal orders for: uniforms, merchandise requests from Sales, Catering and Conference Services, other Resort departments, and tournaments/event requests Keep a log to track and maintain internal orders Communicate with vendors to source product for uniform orders Ensure that inbound orders are received, logged, and communicated to assigned Sales Coordinator upon arrival of product Processing, organizing, and track paperwork for damaged merchandise (MOS), return to vendor product (RTV), invoices, price changes, delivery log for group orders, and production orders Assist Sales Coordinators with packaging or gift-wrap needs a group or client may request Assist with Group Gifting Events/Experiences as on-site support when needed Maintain and order department supplies as needed Assist in performing frequent cycle counts and inventory spot checks Restock and transfer group merchandise returns to warehouse or stores Provide support during Special Events (Concours d'Elegance, AT&T Pro-Am, USGA events) Other duties as assigned by Manager Comply with Pebble Beach Company policies and procedures including health and safety Know, model, and integrate PBC culture (Mission, Values and Standards)Absolutely Required Skills:
Strong business math skills. 2+ years in customer service/sales experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain organized record keeping. Effective time management skills. Acute attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Ability to develop working relationships and cross-functional efforts across the retail division and other resort departments. High school diploma or equivalent required and must be at least 18 years old. Valid California driver's license.Desired Skills:
