Retail Sales Associate

Duties:

Engage with shoppers face-to-face to promote products and generate sales Proactively approach customers, identify needs, and recommend solutions Explain product features, pricing, and promotions clearly and confidently Guide customers through the full sales and sign-up process Present products professionally and close sales in a retail environment Maintain an organized and professional promotional display Work with team members to meet daily and weekly sales goals

Qualifications:

Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required (paid training provided) Must be at least 18 years old Strong communication and people skills High-energy, outgoing, and customer-focused personality Ability to stand for extended periods and interact with a high volume of shoppers Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule Reliable transportation
