Position Summary As a Membership Sales Associate , you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences while helping guests discover the value and convenience of unlimited wash memberships. Every interaction is an opportunity to create loyal customers and drive the growth of our business. In addition to sales associate role, this position serves as a Keyholder. A Keyholder serve as the on-site point of authority during shifts when no Store Manager or Assistant Manager is present and is authorized to open and close the store site. What You'll Do Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner Educate guests on the benefits of unlimited wash memberships Meet and exceed membership sales goals Process point-of-sale transactions accurately Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods Follow all company policies and procedures Take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience Open and close the store location in accordance with policies and procedures Serve as the shift lead when no manager is onsite Set a positive example for coworkers to follow What Makes You Successful Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and people skills Ability to build trust and create a great first impression Confidence in handling customer objections and questions Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales Demonstrate reliability and the sound judgment needed to be trusted with site keys, security procedures, and shift-level decision-making Performance Expectations Successful Membership Sales Associates are expected to: Achieve a 20% or higher membership conversion rate Maintain a retail wash ticket average of $15 or greater Deliver exceptional customer service that builds loyalty and repeat business Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Previous sales experience preferred Customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Why Join Fast 5 Xpress Car Wash?
