Job Description
Party Rentals & Co. is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Storefront Sales Associate to join our growing team! If you love helping customers, have a passion for events, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll help clients plan birthdays, weddings, quinceañeras, baby showers, corporate events, and more while providing exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone. Responsibilities Welcome and assist walk-in customers. Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries. Create rental quotes and process reservations. Help customers select rental items for their events. Process payments and maintain accurate customer records. Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding deliveries and inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom. Upsell products and event packages when appropriate. Resolve customer questions professionally and efficiently. Qualifications Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred. Excellent communication and people skills. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and dependable work ethic. Ability to work weekends and some holidays. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
