Sales & Customer Service Associate (Self Storage) Arco's Storage - Pioneer, CA •$20/hour + monthly bonus •About the Role This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, is motivated by sales, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, well-run property. You will be responsible for helping customers find the right storage solution, following up on leads, and ensuring the property is consistently maintained to a high standard. We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and takes ownership of their work. What You'll Do Help customers choose the right storage solution for their needs Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into rentals Follow up with leads to drive rentals and occupancy Provide excellent in-person and phone customer service Maintain a clean, secure, and professional property Walk the property regularly to ensure everything is in good condition Process rentals, payments, and account updates Assist customers with move-ins and move-outs What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing a great job and can work independently.
