Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Create a welcoming environment with a touch of ALOHA Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email Great customer service , organization, and problem solving skills Educate patients on how to maximize insurance benefits to purchase contact lenses and glasses using basic math Maintain a full schedule of appointments using our patient engagement software Verify medical and vision insurance benefits and eligibility online Maintain accurate patient records in our practice management software system Help our patients flow through the office in a timely way Process payments and insurance claims Pretesting patients before they see the doctors Lifestyle frame styling to meet patient needs Help patients look, see, and feel GREAT !
