AT&T Enrollment Associate We are hiring an enthusiastic and customer-focused AT&T Enrollment Associate to join our in-person retail team in Porterville, CA. This is an entry-level customer service and sales opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build experience in retail sales, wireless services, mobile technology, and customer support. No previous sales experience is required. Paid training is provided. What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional experience Assist customers with AT&T wireless and internet products and services Explain available plans, features, promotions, and service options Assist with new customer enrollments, account updates, and service upgrades Help customers identify products and services that fit their needs Answer questions and provide accurate product and account information Process customer transactions and enrollment information accurately Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Provide follow-up support when needed Work with your team to meet customer service and sales goals Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming retail environment What We're Looking For Customer-focused and comfortable interacting with people Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn Comfortable learning wireless, mobile, and internet products Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous retail, sales, wireless, telecommunications, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable transportation to and from the work location Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends as needed What We Offer $18.00-$22.00 per hour Paid training Weekly pay Professional development opportunities Employee recognition programs Opportunities for advancement based on performance and business needs Full-time employment Team-oriented work environment Schedule Full-Time | In-Person Monday-Sunday availability preferred.
