This role involves managing a team, coordinating printing and shipping activities, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. As a Shop Lead, you will be the driving force behind smooth shop workflows, exceptional customer service. Your expertise in graphic design and workflow management will empower you to lead with confidence and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results every day. Duties Supervise daily shop activities, ensuring timely completion of print jobs Coordinate work schedules Oversee the use of printing equipment and perform customer jobs accurately Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols Assist with troubleshooting problems Manage inventory levels for supplies; ensure proper storage and organization within the shop environment Foster a positive team environment Create print ready jobs via Adobe Illustrator on Mac Print and manage print schedule through onyx and versaworks Ensure timely shipment Requirements Proven experience Adobe Illustrator Mechanical knowledge of printing equipment a plus Ability to manage print schedules Proficiency in operating Adobe Illustrator effectively Knowledge of printer maintenance Familiarity with action sports / moto Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients regarding jobs Physical ability to perform heavy lifting safely; willingness to work in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail Join us as a Shop Lead where your expertise will drive operational excellence!
