AT&T Sales Associate - Entry Level / Full Training Provided About Westwave Marketing Group Westwave Marketing Group is a fast-growing sales and outreach firm dedicated to building real human connections. We partner with premier industry leaders in telecommunications—like AT&T—to drive customer acquisition and expansion throughout the Sacramento region. What You'll Do as an AT&T Sales Associate As an AT&T Sales Associate, you'll be the face of AT&T's wireless products and services in the Sacramento market. You will focus on three main pillars: Customer Acquisition, Brand Representation, and Market Expansion. Represent AT&T wireless products and services through direct, in-person customer engagements in assigned target areas. Build immediate rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend tailored wireless solutions. AT&T Sales Associates present promotional packages, product features, service plans, and pricing to maximize brand visibility and conversion. Accurately process customer enrollments and handle account setups on-site. Follow up with prospective and existing accounts to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. Track daily sales metrics, maintain customer records, and hit personal and team goals. Stay updated on telecom industry trends, AT&T product launches, and local campaign promotions.

AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older . High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
