Job Description
Pacific Staffing is recruiting a B2B Sales Representative for a highly stable, long-standing construction subcontractor in Sacramento, CA. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, general contractors, property managers, and residential communities.
Conduct regular visits and in-person outreach to identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
Develop and execute territory sales plans, including prospecting, cold outreach, and strategic follow-ups.
Attend industry events, trade shows, association meetings, and networking functions to expand market presence.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, bids, and service demonstrations to prospective clients.
Manage a full sales pipeline, including lead qualification, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and CRM documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, project managers, estimators) to ensure accurate scopes and seamless service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional development projects to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain consistent post-sale communication to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Complete regional travel as needed (mileage reimbursed). Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required.3-5 years of professional B2B sales experience, preferably within the construction, sub-contractor, or related industry.
Clean DMV record and proof of insurance required.
Proven success in outside sales, territory management, and field-based client engagement.
Strong ability to prospect, cold call, and build a pipeline from the ground up.
Competitive, driven personality — sports background is a strong match for the team culture.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with high-activity, in-person outreach, and face-to-face client interaction.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Experience preparing proposals, bids, or service presentations is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
Compensation:
$80,000 base salary + commissionSchedule:
