Weekend Sales Associate
•Onsite Event Vendor Fine Designs | California Region Part-Time (Weekends) Base Pay + Commission ($200/day or 7% | $400
•800 per weekend) On average SP makes $400 per day
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic sales reps to represent Fine Designs at high-profile youth and amateur sporting events (swim meets, soccer/lacrosse tournaments, rowing, martial arts, and more). You'll drive to event locations, set up an event booth, and customize/sell official merchandise on-site using heat-press equipment. All major travel expenses (hotel accommodations and gas) are fully covered or reimbursed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Travel & Setup:
Take a company van loaded with gear to event locations across California, set up the booth, and prepare equipment.
Onsite Customization & Sales:
Interact directly with athletes and spectators, helping them choose and customize their event apparel.
Event Operations:
Manage sales flow, maintain booth presentation, and pack up equipment at the end of the event.
TRAINING & SUPPORT
No previous heat-press experience necessary!
We provide:
A 2-hour initial orientation at our California shop. Hands-on, on-site training alongside a senior sales associate for your first full event.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
People Skills:
Exceptional customer service and a positive, high-energy attitude in fast-paced environments.
Physical Fitness:
Capability to lift up to 60 lbs for booth setup/breakdown and work indoors/outdoors during event hours.
Problem-Solving Ability:
Sharp critical thinking skills and quick adaptability on the road.
Requirements:
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening. Valid drivers license and 18+ READY
