•Next-Level Budtender (Sales-Focused) Vibe By California | In-Person | Full-Time & Part-Time Vibe By California is hiring experienced, sales-driven budtenders who know how to educate, upsell responsibly, and create repeat customers. This role is for high performers who thrive in fast-paced retail environments and take pride in driving revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do:

Drive daily sales through customer engagement and product knowledge Educate customers on cannabis products, effects, and dosing Upsell and cross-sell while staying fully compliant Deliver consistent, high-energy customer service Accurately handle cash and POS transactions Support inventory awareness and communicate product needs Maintain compliance with all state, local, and company regulations

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of customer service or retail sales experience Cannabis 3 years retail experience Required Confident communicator with a sales mindset Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Must pass background check and/or City fingerprinting

Physical Requirements:
