Welcome and engage guests, providing exceptional customer service with warmth and efficiency. Exceed guest expectations consistently, cultivating a reputation for exceptional service. Maintain attentiveness to guests' needs throughout their visit, ensuring a seamless experience. Keep displays immaculate, merchandise stocked, signage visible, and products rotated regularly. Educate guests on our wide range of musical products confidently and informatively. Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude, promoting effective teamwork and respect. Foster positive relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and management through respectful and open communication. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, effectively prioritizing tasks in a sometimes pressurized environment. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety in the store environment. Possess general knowledge of Band & Orchestra instruments, assisting customers with expertise and insight.

Requirements :

Passion for the music industry and a solid understanding of Band & Orchestra Instruments. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, embracing challenges with a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills with a commitment to follow-through and prioritization. Familiarity with general accounting and cash register operations.
