The Role We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented team member who thrives in a dynamic, guest-facing environment. This is an active, hands-on retail role where you will be on your feet, engaging with the public, and helping maintain our beautiful store presentation. No prior jewelry experience is required—we provide comprehensive, hands-on training for all necessary skills. Key Responsibilities Deliver an interactive, educational product presentation to customers, explaining pricing, quality, and care. Handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately using our cash register and POS system. Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing showcase displays. Assist with general store operations and provide exceptional, personalized customer service. What We're Looking For A reliable, honest individual with a long-term mindset and a strong work ethic. Comfortable engaging naturally with diverse customers in a fast-paced retail setting. Physically able to stand and move throughout the store for the majority of your shift. Flexible availability and weekend availability a must. For the right candidate, this part-time position offers a clear pathway to full-time status.
