In this Entry Level Enrollment Associate role, you'll work directly with customers to promote AT&T wireless products and services, build lasting relationships, and help drive daily sales. Our Entry Level Enrollment Associates gain hands-on experience in customer interactions, sales and enrollments, and team leadership and development while learning how to coach new team members and support daily operations. Entry Level Enrollment Associate Responsibilities Work with customers by providing personalized recommendations on AT&T wireless products and services. Build positive relationships with customers while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Support daily sales initiatives by helping customers choose products and services that fit their needs. When working with customers directly, process all sales orders for them when enrolling them with products Maintain accurate customer records and complete all sales and enrollment documentation. Stay up to date on AT&T products, promotions, and service offerings. Work with team to develop new skills and expand into leadership roles Entry Level Enrollment Associate Qualifications Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, sales, or leadership experience is helpful Communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers and execute enrollments Passion for helping customers and interested in sales Self-motivated with a positive attitude Time management and ability to work within a team Ability to learn new sales techniques quickly.
