In this role, you'll be at the forefront of engaging with prospective clients, managing existing accounts, and developing new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building. Your proactive approach will help expand our market presence across various territories, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales, management, and customer service to deliver exceptional results. This paid position offers a vibrant environment where your sales skills can truly shine and make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through calls, email outreach, and inbound inquiries to generate new leads and expand sales pipelines. Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs. Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize coverage and sales opportunities within assigned regions. Communicate with field sales representatives to implement targeted campaigns and enhance lead generation efforts. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless account management. Qualifications Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on home furnishings Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct engaging product demos effectively. Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and territory management strategies. Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented environment. Prior experience in management or business development roles is a plus but not required.
