Infinity Claws is the new go-to spot for claw machine thrills and arcade fun! As we prepare to open our first location, we're searching for friendly, enthusiastic Sales Associates who love games, helping people, and creating a fun environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service. Assist guests with playing claw machines and understanding store promotions. Restock and maintain claw machines to ensure they're ready for play. Accurately rings customer purchases and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures Answer questions and help resolve customer issues with a smile. Promote store events, specials, and prizes to guests. Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store

Requirements:

Friendly, upbeat attitude with a passion for customer service. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system. Possesses strong organizational skills with attention to detail Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation Works effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks A love for games, arcades, and entertainment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. No prior experience required - training provided!
