Position Summary:

R&A Robinson Florist is seeking a talented and dependable Assistant Floral Designer / Supervisor to join our team. This position combines hands-on floral design with leadership responsibilities to help ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys mentoring and supporting team members.

Job Requirements:

3-5 years floral design or supervisor experience required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Willingness to assist with training and supporting staff. Ability to work weekends and during major floral holidays.

Responsibilities:

Design and prepare high-quality floral arrangements according to company standards. Assist in supervising daily operation and workflow. Support and train sales associates. Help maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation standards. Assist with inventory management, flower processing, and supply organization. Coordinate with management to ensure timely completion of customer orders. Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
