Like the best restaurant servers or baristas, our Budtenders combine product knowledge, genuine care, and attention to detail to create memorable guest experiences. $17/hour + bonuses+ tips (average total compensation ranges $22- 26/hour depending on performance, sales volume and shift ) Are you passionate about great service and connecting with people? - Welcome guests and guide them through a curated selection of products.
- Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and wellness goals.
- Maintain an inviting, organized environment — just like any fine retail or café experience.
- Earn bonuses and tips while developing knowledge in an exciting, growing industry.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while handling cash responsibly.
- Uphold all company policies, state regulations, and compliance standards, including ID verification and METRC protocols.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations, mutual support, and a positive workplace culture.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new products and guest service best practices. You'll love this job if you:

- 1+ year of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or customer service settings preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine rapport with guests.
- Passion for wellness, natural products, and guest-centered service.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
- Basic math and computer skills; experience with POS systems a plus.
- Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in California.
