Job Description
Looking for a highly motivated individual who is willing and driven to close sales. Build relationships with designers and past clientele to be able to increase sales. Preferably if you have countertop experience, but we are willing to train. On all material Quartz, Porcelain, Dekton, Granite, etc. We are affiliated with big box companies and also reach out to direct customers, designers, contractors, etc. We hold our salesman with a conversion of 45% or more. We give bonuses and incentives to the salesman whom reach sales goals. The company offers, 401k, medical, dental, and vision benefits. Must be proficient with all computer programs be able to understand basics like email, word, excel. Also need to have a HIS license with the state of California. A valid Drive License from the state of California and in good standing. Be able to go through a background check.
