This is a commission-only position, ideal for a self-motivated professional who knows the plumbing trade and can close deals.

What You'll Do:

Generate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial plumbing services Assess customer plumbing needs and recommend appropriate solutions (repair, replacement, pipe lining, etc.) Provide accurate estimates and quotes based on solid plumbing knowledge Build relationships with customers, contractors, and property managers Close sales and coordinate with our technical team for scheduling and installation

What We're Looking For:

Strong working knowledge of plumbing systems, repairs, and pipe lining services Proven sales experience (plumbing, HVAC, or home services industry preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-starter who thrives on commission-based earnings with no cap on income potential Clean background/driving record required Reliable transportation

Compensation:

100% commission — uncapped earning potential based on performance Flexible schedule for the right candidate
