Peninsula Wireless Services is hiring a motivated Sales Team Member to support our growing wireless campaign through face-to-face customer engagement at local events and pop-up locations. As a Sales Team Member, you'll be part of an active event team introducing customers to affordable mobile services and helping them discover wireless options that better match their everyday needs. You'll receive hands-on training on wireless services, customer communication, and sales techniques so you can confidently guide conversations from initial interest through enrollment. A Day As A Sales Team Member Approach customers professionally at pop-up events and community locations and create opportunities for meaningful sales conversations As a Sales Team Member, ask questions to understand customers' current mobile usage and service priorities Demonstrate the value of available smartphones, wireless plans, and other options Explain promotions and plan features accurately without overwhelming the customer Help customers identify wireless options that align with their individual service needs Support qualified customers through the entire enrollment process Work toward daily and weekly Sales Team Member goals and engagement targets Keep track of completed customer interactions and sales activity Coordinate with other Sales Team Members to maintain event coverage and strong customer engagement Take part in ongoing Sales Team Member coaching designed to strengthen product knowledge, communication, and closing skills What Makes a Strong Sales Team Member?
