Full-time. Legends Ascend is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Associate to support our retail partners in San Jose. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales, branding, and customer engagement. Paid training is provided, and no prior sales experience is required. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in retail stores by selecting wireless products, devices, and service options
• Provide clear and friendly customer support and answer product-related questions
• Learn and communicate current promotions, product features, and upgrade options
• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain detailed records
• Work with team members to meet daily and weekly sales goals
• Maintain product knowledge to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Uphold a professional, welcoming retail environment Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work weekends if needed
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a sales environment
• Previous sales experience is helpful but
• Able to legally consent to a background check
