About the Role We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Will Call / Ticket Booth Representative to assist guests on concert nights. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing Will Call and the guest list for that evening's show, assisting guests with ticket pickup, and selling tickets at the Ticket Booth when available. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is dependable, and can stay organized and attentive in a busy live entertainment environment. What You'll Do
- Arrive on time and be prepared for each scheduled show night
- Manage Will Call for the evening's scheduled show
- Check customer IDs and distribute Will Call tickets accurately
- Check the guest list and distribute approved complimentary tickets
- Sell tickets using the provided card reader when the show is not sold out
- Assist guests with basic questions about that evening's show
- Direct guests to the Box Office with questions about other shows or ticketing needs
- Maintain accurate records of Will Call and guest list activity
- Keep the Ticket Booth / Will Call area clean and organized
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests throughout the evening What We're Looking For

- Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with guests
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially when checking IDs and guest lists
- Comfortable using a card reader to process ticket purchases
- Able to stay focused and efficient during busy show nights
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Previous customer service, retail, or event experience is a plus (but not required)
- Knowledge or interest in live music and concerts is a plus (but not required) Schedule
- Part-time, show-night hours based on the concert schedule
- Show schedules are provided well in advance
- Show nights may fall Wednesday through Sunday, Friday through Sunday, or other combinations depending on the concert schedule
