Job Summary The Retail Associate is a multi-functional role responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting cannabis retail operations, inventory management, and front-of-house reception duties. This position serves as the face of the store, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, vers knowledge in cannabis, maintaining accurate inventory controls, and providing knowledgeable product guidance to customers. Retail Associates are expected to operate with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability while contributing to a safe, compliant, and efficient store environment.
