ROLE PURPOSE :

At Mor Furniture, our Sales Associates and Showroom Managers create welcoming, comfortable experiences that help customers feel confident in their purchase decisions. This role is responsible for delivering friendly, solution-oriented service by understanding each customer's needs and guiding them through products, financing, and design options to bring their space together. Team members in this role are knowledgeable about our products and take pride in helping customers explore features, styles, and value options - from good to better to best. You'll greet each guest with professionalism, ask thoughtful questions, recommend solutions, and follow through to ensure a great experience from start to finish.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

: Learn customer needs and demonstrate furniture features, including how products function and fit into their home Guide customers through product options and value tiers to help them make confident decisions Process sales orders accurately, including financing and related paperwork Maintain showroom displays and ensure floor models are clean, organized, and presentation-ready Set and work toward personal and team sales goals Coach and support team members in delivering excellent customer service Perform additional duties as assigned to support the showroom and the team

Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Communication skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents; ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers /employees, ability to effectively present information to top management, middle management, or employees. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Ability to write clearly and informatively; edit work for English structure usage.

Technical skills:

Ability to work with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software applications.

Problem-solving:

Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions; work well in group problem-solving situations; use reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
