About Our Hospital We are a privately (female) owned veterinary specialty & emergency hospital specializing in orthopedic/soft tissue surgery, Internal Medicine, and urgent care/emergency medicine. Our goal is to provide a boutique-level veterinary experience for our clients. We are hoping to add additional departments in the near future as well! We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years of veterinary clinical experience and 2 - 3 years in an emergency or specialty setting. Leadership experience and skill are a must for this position. We are looking for TWO day shift and TWO overnight shift leads with weekend requirement.
A CA RVT
license is preferred but not required. What does the work look like? Our ER Department Leads are responsible for running the ER floor, training and mentoring of ER technicians and assistants, team scheduling, and cuddling with patients. This position requires a proactive leader who can inspire their team while ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
