Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized styling consultations to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers in selecting products that match their preferences, needs, and budgets Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits of new arrivals or featured items Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach Operate the cash register efficiently, handling retail sales transactions with accuracy and professionalism Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store remains visually appealing and well-maintained Use POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions, handle cash drawer operations, and manage retail math accurately Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries Support merchandising efforts by implementing visual standards and ensuring product knowledge is up-to-date Assist in inventory management by stocking products, conducting stock counts, and managing product demos Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in fashion or specialty retail environments Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and clearly Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math is essential for smooth transactions Knowledge of retail store product details and merchandising techniques enhances customer interactions Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are vital for building lasting client relationships Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for style meets your talent for sales!
