$30,000+year Hourly + Commission Independent used-car dealership in Santa Cruz is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Associate . This is a sales-focused position. Your primary responsibilities are responding to leads, following up with customers, setting appointments, showing vehicles, conducting test drives, and closing sales.

Schedule Wednesday-Friday:

11 AM-5

PM Saturday:

10 AM-4 PM Approximately 24 hours per week Saturday/Sunday availability required Responsibilities Respond to internet, phone, text, and walk-in leads Make outbound calls and follow up consistently Schedule customer appointments Show vehicles and conduct test drives Present pricing and purchasing options Collect credit applications when needed Maintain customer activity in our CRM Follow up with unsold customers Work with management to complete financing and transactions Assist with vehicle photos and online listings when needed Requirements Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record Ability to pass a background check Previous sales experience; automotive experience preferred Comfortable making outbound calls and texts Reliable, punctual, organized, and self-motivated Comfortable working toward sales goals Basic computer and CRM skills Spanish-speaking is a plus Compensation $30,000+ estimated annual compensation Hourly base pay plus sales commission .
