Santa Maria, CA $17-$22 per hour, depending on experience + commission W-2 | Paid Training | Travel & Cell Reimbursement We are looking for a friendly, motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team in Santa Maria, CA. This is a customer-facing retail position focused on providing excellent service, helping customers find the right products and solutions, and achieving sales goals. What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional in-store experience Learn our products and confidently explain features, options, and pricing Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services Process sales and maintain accurate customer information Follow up with customers when appropriate Keep the retail environment clean, organized, and inviting Work toward individual and store sales goals Provide dependable, professional service to every customer Compensation $17-$22 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Commission based on eligible sales Mileage reimbursement for approved business-related travel Cell phone reimbursement for approved business use Career Development This position provides opportunities to build skills in retail sales, customer service, product knowledge, and store operations.
