Sales Associate/Notary The UPS Store - 3.7 Santa Rosa, CA Job Details Part-time $18.21 - $20.21 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation Customer communication Biometric systems Sales Packing Computer literacy Attention to detail Packaging Certified Notary Public Full Job Description Sales Associate Starting at $18.21/hour + wage increase after Notary completion We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate who wants a stable, long-term position. We want a go-getter who takes initiative, learns quickly, enjoys helping customers, and is interested in taking on more responsibility over time. No prior Notary or Live Scan experience is required. We will train you. Schedule & Pay Starting pay: $18.21/hour Wage increase after successful Notary completion Training period: approximately 12-20 hours per week After training: approximately 25-30+ hours per week , depending on availability and store needs Weekend availability is required , although you will not be scheduled every weekend Opportunity for additional hours and responsibility as you develop in the role What You'll Do You will be trained to assist customers with: Shipping and packing Notary services Live Scan and fingerprinting Mailbox services Printing, copying, scanning, and other business services Customer service and sales What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Friendly and professional Strong customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with computers Learns quickly Takes initiative and solves problems Comfortable working independently Looking for a stable, long-term position Notary & Live Scan Requirement Becoming a California Notary Public and being able to perform Live Scan/fingerprinting services are required parts of this position. We will provide training and help guide you through the process.
