Renowned for curating exquisite jewels from around the world, the company showcases both established designers and emerging artisans, including its own custom creations. Overview We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Jewelry Project Manager to lead our jewelry development initiatives from conception through delivery. This role involves overseeing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of jewelry designs that meet quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines. The ideal candidate will possess extensive project management expertise within the jewelry or related industries, with a focus on process improvement and stakeholder communication. Duties Support our Sales Professionals by responding to client inquiries and strategically booking client appointments. Communicate via Phone, Text, and E-mail. Prepare for client appointments by utilizing CRM software, and Client card system to anticipate client needs. Notice spoken and unspoken needs of clients and sales team and take detailed notes of requests and preferences, following-up as appropriate. Assist in procuring products based on client requests. Serve beverages, wrap gifts according to boutique standards, restock supplies, run card transactions, take high-quality photos to send to clients, and return products to their displays. Perform daily set up and clean up of product displays. Skills Communication via phone, email, and text. Communication style should be professional, welcoming, and without error. Data entry skills are required in order to keep a log of daily transactions. Filing paperwork for cross-use between sales, inventory, and accounting departments. Receiving of packages, sorting of newly inventoried items, gather and prepare items for shipping, maintain integrity and accuracy of tags on items being displayed.
Proficiency with tracking methodologies:
primarily, Kanban frameworks. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.Pay:
